We are excited to be collaborating with Worn Jerabek Wiltse Architects on Grandbrier of Skokie - a 102-unit assisted living and memory care development for Seniors - the first of its kind in Skokie!
The preliminary landscape plan includes a small public plaza on Lincoln Ave. and a courtyard that features gathering space for the residents, a walking path, and lush plantings. The building will also have a garden terrace for the memory care residents - we look forward to sharing more as plans develop further!
